Bonfe Leather USA originated in Syracuse, New York where the original owner, my grandfather, was a leather shoemaker. Working in his workshop from a young age I developed a passion for the art of leather crafting. In my early childhood years, I learned how to make custom leather belts from genuine cow and buffalo hide all sourced from the USA. I am pleased to share and continue this tradition with my family and with customers who support us in our mission of keeping this American artisan tradition alive.
